Returnable/Refundable Situations

Applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Applications must include: order number, product photos, and a description of the problem.
Non-Refundable Situations

·Applications submitted after the deadline
·Subjective reasons such as personal preference or unsuitability
·Promotional items/Final Sale items
Refund Process
1.Contact Customer Service to submit an application
2.Provide necessary evidence
3.Return address will be provided after approval
4.Refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
5.Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it is a quality issue).
